Exalogic Virtual: Exapatch Prepatchchecks On Guest vServers Failing With "ERROR: unable to log in to vServer" Error (Doc ID 2577259.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of Exapatch Prepatchchecks on Guest vServers failing with "ERROR: unable to log in to vServer" error is seen.

The root password entered for Guest vServer when running prepatchcheck is correct. Also connecting to Guest vServer over EoIB works well and there are no issues with the applications running on the Guest vServer. However Exapatch still throws unable to login to vServer error when doing Prepatchchecks.
