Unable to use JWT Tokens Across Multiple OAuth Identity Domains Within the same OAM Installation (Doc ID 2577261.1)

Symptoms

When generating an JWT assertion token using the password grant flow for OAuthClient1 in IdentityDomain1 and then attempting to generate an access token for OAuthClient2 in IdentityDomain2 (even though both identity domains are within the same OAM installation) using the JWT bearer grant type it fails with an "Invalid tokens endpoint request" error as shown below:
