Using wlscontrol.sh script, standard out log file not written to custom location defined with -Dweblogic.Stdout JVM param
Issue reproduces with both
 $WL_HOME/common/bin/wlscontrol.sh
 $DOMAIN_HOME/bin/nodemanager/wlscontrol.sh
