Symptoms

On WLS 12.2.1.3, rollbacking of the April PSU 29016089 fails. Following error is seen:



Subsequently, running lsinventory command doesn't show the April PSU . Nor does running lsinv -inactive shows any inactive patches. However, if you try to apply the July PSU, it fails as well with the above error

Changes

 12.2.1.3 April PSU overlay patch 29814665 was removed in order to eventually apply the July 2019 PSU
