Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Windows environment
Log order for WLS stdout log is corrupted when WLS log rotation failed deleting old log for some reason.
It occurs as follows:

ManagedServer_1.out
ManagedServer_1.out00003
ManagedServer_1.out00005
Incrementing log count one by one is expected.
