Symptoms
Local printer has been created and test page prints successfully.
When using Oracle Reports and sending report to screen (CACHE), it works fine.
However, when running report to printer and specifying a Printer defined locally, the print jobs return successful, but nothing appears on the Printer.
A Window System Event error message is in the PrintService Admin Log:
ERROR
Data type: RAW. Size of the spool file in bytes: 65304. Number of bytes printed: 65304. Total number of pages in the document: 1. Number of pages printed: 0. Client computer: \\<HOSTNAME>. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 2152796175.
Running the following DriverTest utility on same printer returns Successful on all fronts with No Driver Errors Found:

Can open a text file and print it from the server, but cannot run Oracle Reports to same printer.
