After performing a modification in OSR Primary, doing the Replication from the OSR Secondary resulted in a strange behavior which is not changing its own config to be in line with OSR Primary; this caused the following
message to be displayed after the replication is executed:

1. On OSR Primary, 2 subscription keys were defined for the OSR Secondary with the following filters:
Subscription filter: <FILTER NAME>
Notification listener type: None
Expires after: Never
Max entities: -1
Brief: unchecked

2. On OSR <SECONDARY1/SECONDARY2>, replications were defined with the following details:
Primary registry
User name: <USERNAME> of the Primary OSR
Password: <PASSWORD> of the Primary OSR
Base URL: the VIP in front of the OSR nodes from OSR Primary Cluster (http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/registry/)
Subscription key: the subscription created in OSR Primary ( uddi:<ID>)
