InBound Refinery (IBR) Unable To Convert Text Boxes In The Email Files (.eml) Correctly (Doc ID 2582975.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE

Email file (.eml) converted to PDF has black boxes instead of the text boxes that are present in the original file.


ERROR

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Configure the IBR to convert .eml files into PDF format.
2. Check-in a .eml file into WebCenter Content.
3. Once converted and released, notice that the text boxes which are transparent in original file have black boxes instead in the converted PDF.

Expected result: The converted PDF file should have text visible and text box transparency.
Actual Result: The text boxes which are transparent in original file have black boxes instead in the converted PDF and text inside is not visible.
