WLS JMS Client Cannot Connect To Other WLS JMS Server From Via Foreign JMS (Doc ID 2585555.1)

This issue happens on:

JMS Client is a stand alone Java Application with T3 thin library. It connects to Foreign JMS on Server-1 with http.
JMS Server/Queue on Server-0.
Foreign JMS on Server-1 which is configured as transfer to JMS Server/Queue on Server-0 with t3.
Server-0 and Server-1 are Managed Servers on same domain and they are not members of a cluster.
