Patch 29928100 causes ADF Exception After Clicking On Pending Approval And Manual Fulfillment (Doc ID 2589059.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

The issue is that after applying the SOA patch 29928100, several customers are getting an ADF exception after clicking on Pending Approval and Manual Fulfillment in OIM.

Following error is seen in the OIM logs.
