Symptoms

In a new WebCenter Enterprise Capture cluster environment, when Server_2 is running and Server_1 is started, Server_1 fails to start with the following Coherence error:

Received a discovery message that indicates the presence of an existing cluster that does not respond to join requests; this is usually caused by a network layer failure:
Message "SeniorMemberHeartbeat"
