Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

WebCenter Portal pages are repeating in the navigation after upgrade from 11g to 12c.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see each page only one time in the navigation but it is showing each page 2 times.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 

  1. Connect to WebCenter Portal.

  2. View the portal.
    Here you will see each page is repeating 2 times in the navigation.

    e.g Assuming you have These pages:

        Home, Page1, Page2

    You will see this in the navigation:

        Home, Page1, Page2, Home, Page1, Page2
