Workspace and Application Static Images Missing in APEX Custom Application (Doc ID 2594488.1)

Symptoms

On : ORDS 19.2  version to access APEX 18.2

ORDS is configured to access APEX and the APEX applications do not render static content such as Workspace files and Application files defined within APEX.
Configure ORDS to access APEX and the URL of applications do not render static content

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

See the application displayed with the whole content (images and all)

STEPS

1. Configure ORDS 18.2 on a midtier to access APEX 18.2
2.Enter: http://<MIDTIER_HOST>:<PORT>/ords/f?p=<APP_ID>
3. The application displays but not the static content (images are missing).
