Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of Guest vServer filesystem getting into readonly mode is seen. Below EXT4-fs filesystem errors on seen on the guest vserver at the time of the issue.

Some of the commands fail to run due to filesystem being in readonly mode. In some cases Guest vServer networks also do not work when it runs into filesystem getting into readonly mode.

Changes

 Possible abrupt shutdown of the VM.
