Symptoms

Cannot access Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM 11.1.2.2) Console.

In OAM diagnostic logs, there is error:

 "Bind DN" & "Password" from section "Location and Credentials" of the User Identity Store Settings are no longer valid (password was changed).
