Email Import Happens with Long Delays (Doc ID 2598685.1)

Symptoms

This occurs on version 12.2.1.3.0, specifically the OWEC Import Processor.

When the user sends an invoice as an attachment, they are getting stuck in the Inbox and are not visible in the Capture Client.


The Import Processor is scheduled to occur every 5 minutes for normal priority invoices.  For higher priority invoices, the import processor is scheduled to occur every 30 seconds.

Changes

This is a new install.  However, the Email Server configuration and the Email Import Message Filter settings were changed.
