Symptoms

Viewing an upgraded Portal from 11g to 12c Results in any of the following errors:


ERROR 1

Page Not Found...

The page you requested is not found.
Check Server Side Log Messages.

 

 

ERROR 2

Internal Error (WCS#YYYY.MM.DD.SS.MS)

 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Administration -> Portals.

  2. Click the affected portal to view it.
    Here you will get the error.

 

Changes

Upgraded from 11g to 12c.
