Symptoms
Viewing an upgraded Portal from 11g to 12c Results in any of the following errors:
ERROR 1
Page Not Found...
The page you requested is not found.
Check Server Side Log Messages.
- The Spaces diagnostic log file shows the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to Administration -> Portals.
- Click the affected portal to view it.
Here you will get the error.
