ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to edit a portal page.

When attempting to edit the page, any of the following behavior can occur:

• The page spins and nothing happens.
  
  
• Can't select the page.
  
  
• Sometimes this message is seen:
  This Page is Locked by <another_userid>

If having page drafts enabled you can see the following message:

• Being edited by <another_userid>

Some other facts:

• It s noted that the other user is no longer logged in to WebCenter Portal.
  
  
• Restarting the Portal managed server doens't remove the lock.
  
  
• An administrator user with moderator rights to the portal is unable to take over/delete the page draft.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect being able to delete the page draft.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Connect to WebCenter Portal.
   
   
2. Go to the Portal and try to edit the page.
   Here you will see you can't edit the page.
   
   You could also see this message:
   This Page is Locked by <another_userid>
   
   
3. If Page Drafts is enabled select the Page Drafts.
   Here you will see this message:
   
   Being edited by <another_userid>
