How To Configure WebCenter Portal from Command Line (Doc ID 2600930.1)

Goal

Fusion MiddleWare and WebCenter Portal can be installed manually and you can get a response file in order to do a silent install later. The configuration of the WebCenter Portal is done using config.sh in the middleware/oracle_common/common/bin directory.

Is there a way to save the responses and do a silent WebCenter Portal configuration with that response file?
If no way, is there a way to do the configuration from command line or WLST?
