Oracle Access Manager 12c PS3 (OAM 12.2.1.3): OAM-OIM: Autologin Fails with System Error (Doc ID 2602994.1)

Symptoms

Autologin, after first time password change or "Forgot Password" scenario  in OIM-OAM 12.2.1.3 integrated environment is not working.

When a protected resource is accessed, and login using new User, it is redirecting to First login password reset page. After entering the old and new password it gives System error page.
