Logout Does Not Clear The OAM Session When Accessing 11G And 12C Resources Within The Same Browser Session (Doc ID 2603349.1)

When following the below login/logout sequence it is found that logout is not properly clearing cookies and forcing the user to login on subsequent access.

  1. User access a resource protected by the OAM 11g server and logs in successfully.
  2. User opens a new tab within the same browser and accesses a resource protected by an OAM 12c server and logs in successfully.
  3. From the 12c application the user click the logout button and is redirected to the expected logout page.
  4. From the same browser session access the 12c resource again and are taken directly to the resource instead of being prompted to login.

Based on the above scenario it would appear that logout is not working.
