Symptoms
If a blob vanity url is set to Default, the blob vanity url is not updated when the asset is edit/saved.
Additionally, if asset is edited such that a different blob vanity url would be generated by the blob vanity url pattern, then the original blob url still exists and a new blob url is also created.
- Normally, this would remove the existing blob and create a new one.
