Symptoms

Blob Vanity URL Not Updating After Migration

Edit-saving an asset does not reevaluate the blob vanity url associated with that asset. The vanity url pattern includes a pattern in Blob Headers field, which sets the Last-Modified header.
e.g. Blob Headers: Last-Modified=${updateddate}

Changes

 Issue may have occurred after publishing from 12.2.1.0.0 to 12.2.1.3.0 instance, which is not supported.
