Example of Reproducing Step:

1. Using KEY-NEXT-ITEM trigger like the following.

BEGIN
DBMS_LOCK.SLEEP(5);
GO_BLOCK('BLOCK6');
END;

2. start KEY-NEXT-ITEM trigger, then enter characters and navigate to outside of Forms screen before GO_BLOCK.
    (* Note: These action need to finished within 5 seconds in this case.)

3. Return to the Forms screen the KEY-NEXT-ITEM trigger not work normally.
    The characters did not entered correct place.
