Capture Email Import Processor Utilizing Exchange Web Services Returns Error "Error connecting to account" and "(401)Unauthorized" (Doc ID 2605831.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to connect the WebCenter Enterprise Capture Import Processor to Microsoft Exchange EWS, the test connection fails.  The following error occurs:

Caused by: microsoft.exchange.webservices.data.core.exception.service.remote.ServiceRequestException: The request failed. The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401)Unauthorized

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter an Email account into the Email Accounts to Process section of the Import Processor "Import Source Settings".
2. Test the connection.
