Symptoms

Error is reported when Oracle Forms 12.2.1.4.0 installation is initiated. 

The error below is from a failed installation on a Linux Server:

[oracle@fmw12c stage]$ ./fmw_12.2.1.4.0_fr_linux64.bin
ERROR: Temporary directory /tmp does not have enough free space. At least 3134 MB of free space are required.
Please input another directory or [Exit]: /home/newtmp
ERROR: Cannot find component oracle.jre.
ERROR: Cannot find components specified in JRE_COMPONENT=oracle.jre.
ERROR: Installer execution failed (1).

Fresh installation of Oracle Forms 12.2.1.4.0.
