Symptoms

On Oracle Enterprise Metadata Manager (OEMM) 12.2.1.3 version, when attempting to harvest Hive and Impala DML scripts with bind variables using the OEMM bridges: Cloudera Impala Hadoop HiveQL Script and Cloudera Enterprise Hadoop HiveQL Script the following error is encountered
