Unix Connector Provisioning Throws "OperationTimeoutException: Command timed-out while waiting for: password:" (Doc ID 2608257.1)

Symptoms

When provisioning new users to a Unix target using the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Unix Connector configured to use Sudo Authorization, the following error is seen in the OIM server out file.

 Steps to reproduce:

1) Install and configure UNIX connector to use Sudo Authorization.

2) Try provisioning a user in OIM with UNIX account.
