Symptoms
When positioning extract or replicat using "ALTER EXTRACT/REPLICAT BEGIN <TIMESTAMP>" command, a whole trail file will be skipped when the first record timestamp is older than the <TIMESTAMP> even though there is a matching record in that trail file.
