OUD 11.1.2.3: Subordinate Base DN does Not Work and LDAP Error 32 (No Such Entry) Returns for Root DSE Search (Doc ID 2609298.1)

The Subordinate Base DN (subordinate-base-dn) which is one of Root DSE Backend properties does not work on Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) 11.1.2.3.

The following warning message is logged in the OUD Error log (default filename: errors) during starting up;

The issue starts to occur after seting a Base DN to the subordinate-base-dn property and restarting OUD.
