Problem To Deploy FtpAdapter (Doc ID 2611670.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, WLS Core Components

While trying to update the ftpadapter with new plan.xml, the following error occurs


[3] The class 'oracle.tip.adapter.ftp.IFTPConnection', which is defined as
[] from [META-INF/ra.xml], could not be loaded from the
