Cannot Open Image In WebVerifier, Seeing Error "Object Reference Is Not Set To An Instance Or Object" (Doc ID 2615385.1)

Symptoms

Users cannot open images from the Batch View in WebVerifier.  The error "Object reference is not set to an instance or object" appears.  When attempting to open the same batches in the Verifier thick client, the image appears, but a message appears "WFR Verifier cannot find the required document class. Please clarify the document manually".

Changes

 This issue started after a Disaster Recovery maintenance window had ended.
