High Number Of Sockets Showing CLOSE_WAIT Status in Netstat On Oracle HTTP Server Host (Doc ID 2615496.1)

Symptoms

Observed high number of sockets in CLOSE_WAIT status for OHS server.
In example, using 7777 as OHS listen port, 572 sockets initiated from OHS are in CLOSE_WAIT status.
