On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB Transports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Access a proxy service which configured with http transport through iPlanet, the location include osb managed server information

<WL5G3N2:address location="http://<osb server>/sssns/osbtest/HelloWorld2PS"/>



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected the WSDL with the iPlanet address location something like:


<WL5G3N2:address location="http://<iplanet server>/sssns/osbtest/HelloWorld2PS"/>
