Administrator User is Unable to Login to the WFR Verifier Thick Client after a Password Change; Web Verifier and Designer Works (Doc ID 2616475.1)

Symptoms

The Administrator user is able to login to WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) Web Verifier and open the project in Designer without issue, but when attempting to open the Verifier thick client that user receives an error:

Invalid Password specified. Please try again.

When attempting the old password, another error occurs:

Administrator can be logged in to Project, but Password doesn't correspond to the Database. Database will not be accessible.
