URL for Batch ID Will Not Open Batch in Webverifier (Doc ID 2618818.1)

Symptoms

The URL for the Batch ID will not open the Batch in the Batch View page of WebVerifier.  When selecting the 'RUN' icon to open the batch, an error message stating, "An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details".

Changes

 This is a new install.
