Symptoms

Webcenter Content 12.2.1.4.0

The WCC domain is installed on Windows

This error isn't applicable to WCC on Linux or Unix.

This can occur on a new install or an upgrade to 12.2.1.4.0.

After the WCC managed server is stated, accessing the WCC returns an HTTP 404 error.

The <WCC Managed Server>.out log shows the following errors:
