Symptoms

There is a two-server cluster with EJB application deployed. The EJB application has objects bound to JNDI names. When one server is down either unexpectedly or for maintenance, the JNDI entries corresponding to the EJB objects missing from the JNDI tree on the other server when viewed from /console. The application thereafter fails with lookup error:
