problem with archive import

When trying to import a document the following error is seen


 Archive run !csImportErrorForArchiveInCollection,1doc, intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csUnableToCheckIn,WCCPRD_12345!csUnableToExecMethod,validateCheckinData
