Symptoms
When attempting to update OPatch to 13.9.4.2.1 after a failed attempt, it states it is already installed. The following is seen in standard out.
Changes
Updating OPatch failed on an earlier attempt due to components running out of the Oracle Home. Before updating OPatch, components should be stopped which reside in the Oracle Home.
