Rendition Tab Missing for Failed DAM Conversions in WCC 12C (Doc ID 2622762.1)

Symptoms

In WCC 12C, the Rendition Tab does not get
displayed for the image content items (image) for failed (DAM) Image conversions. In WCC 11G, failed conversions
(when set to pass thru) will still appear in the Renditions Tab, but reported as failed. 12C is not handling DAM conversion failures like 11G.
