Goal

In a single server Sites environment, in the Sites UI, with Firefox browser made an Edit to a revision tracked asset. After the Edit, when viewing the asset in Sites UI, the updated by field and revisions history not updated to the show the person that actually made the Edit. The very next day the asset shows correct revision history and expected behavior.  This issue occur just that one time.

Why was the asset's updated by field and revisions history not updated to the show the person that actually made the Edit at that time?
