Differences of Data Models in Users And Role Permissions With Compare and Merge

Symptoms
1. Create a Data Model with Users and Roles.
2. Create a copy of the model using "Save As" option.
3. Go to menu Tools-->Compare/Merge Models. Select the model that was saved using "Save As" option and click 'Ok".
4. The Compare/Merge wizard shows differences with "Saved As" Model under Users and Roles section. It is observed in the below image, Relational_1(V3) which is copied version from Relational_1(V2) has missing schema "Users" and its associated "Roles" in the "Saved As/Copied(V3)" data model during compare and merge activity.

Using or creating a model with Oracle Database 11g as RDBMS site with 19C Data Modeler.
