SSOCA fails during 9.0.2.3 patchset install (Doc ID 262558.1)

During the patchset 9.0.2.3 installation, in the config phase ssoca patch fails.

Symptoms

 In the install logs a JVM crash is recorder


An unexpected exception has been detected in native code outside the VM.
Unexpected Signal : 11 occurred at PC=0xf17bb684
Function name=Java_oracle_security_ssl_OracleSSLSocketOutputStream_sslOutputStreamWrite
Library=ORACLE_HOME/lib/libnjssl9.so
