Symptoms

Customer has a BPM --> SOA --> OSB flow where the attached error happens.
When processing a BPM process instance, an error is given when invoking a composite, causing the instance to crash.

The error printed on the logs is: Unable to dispatch request to http://x:80/osb/x/ProxySoap due to exception[[
javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: Could not determine soap fault from message oracle.j2ee.ws.saaj.soap.soap11.Message11@x
