Exalogic Virtual: Guest VM Losses EoIB Interfaces Few Minutes After Reboot, Meanwhile Also Respond Very Slowly (Doc ID 2625719.1)

Symptoms

In the exalogic virtual environment, the following is seen:

1. A specific guest VM responded very slowly. The issue is isolated to only a single guest VM, while all the other guest VMs have no issues.

2. mlx4_vnic related messages were seen in 'xm console' output or messages log, EoIB interfaces went down.

5. Even if we reboot the guest VM, once it is up, the issue will start to happen again after few minutes. 

6. On the compute node VM server which host the issue guest VM, the overall CPU/memory usage is very low. The CPU usage in only about 25%.
