Getting "weblogic.common.ResourceException: Refresh operation was partially successful" when Trying to Reset a Datasource from WebLogic Console (Doc ID 2627024.1)

When trying to reset the datasource from console the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced by following the below steps.

1. Set Minimum Capacity of datasource with 210

2. SQL> show parameter processes

3. Compare with Minimum Capacity 210, the processed defined with 300 is not too high.

4. When to reset datasource by console > Services > Data Sources > Data Sources Name > Control > Reset
