Application Fails on One Node of the Cluster after Servers Restart (Doc ID 2627073.1)

Symptoms

Application deployed on a two node cluster.
On every restart the application is accessible only on one managed server port and it fails on another one.
On redeploy of the application, it works fine.

Deployment debugs are enabled and the below stack traces are observed in each of the managed server logs

successful
