When upgrading Opatch using the command

java -jar <PATCH_HOME>/6880880/opatch_generic.jar -silent oracle_home=<ORACLE_HOME_LOCATION> -invPtrLoc <INVENTORY_LOCATION>

it fails with error

Tried to run the command with " -Djava.io.tmpdir" parameter and it does not help.
