Followed the below steps

1. Download Artifacts

wls:/<OAM_DOMAIN>/domainRuntime/>

The new certificate is in the DB. This confirmed when you downloadArtifacts
Verified that there are no other instances of OAM on the server. Only adminserver is running and also there are no other copies of .oamkeystore
